In October, the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs will present two events in Washington, D. C. to honor the life and legacy of Vice President Walter Mondale.
A symposium exploring the domestic and foreign policy issues central to the legacy of Vice President Mondale is set for Tuesday, Oct. 20. It will be held at the George Washington University, Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration. That evening, a dinner, “Celebrating Fritz: An Evening with Walter Mondale,” will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C.
