Mills and Westrom Owe Voters an Answer on Ryan Budget

Following is statement from DFL Chairman Ken Martin upon news that Congressman Paul Ryan has introduced a budget that will again attack Medicare:

“Then-Congressman Cravaack supported Paul Ryan and his budget that would raise Medicare costs on Minnesotans and cut taxes for the wealthy, and if Stewart Mills wants to follow in Cravaack’s footsteps, he owes voters a clear explanation if he would support Congressman Ryan’s budget or not.

“Torrey Westrom and Stewart Mills have an obligation to level with the voters and give a direct answer about whether they support Congressman Ryan’s budget to raise Medicare costs on Minnesotans.”
